Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as per Electronic Government Procurement System. Bidding is open to all bidders from eligible Source Countries as defined in the Bidding Documents and as per World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, July 2016 (Revised November 2017).
