Number: NP-AEPC-77118-GO-RFQ Project ID Number: P149239, World Bank Grants Number: TF0A8382 Date of Notice Publication: 2 March 2020 (First Date of Notice Publication: 6 December 2019) The AEPC/MGEAP invites Sealed Quotation (SQ) from Registered Eligible Bidders/Suppliers for the Supply and Delivery of Business Series Laptops and Accessories . Interested Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Document (SQ) in English at the office of AEPC/MGEAP as mentioned address above. Complete set of Bidding Document (SQ) in English may be purchased from the office of AEPC/MGEAP as mentioned address above by eligible Bidders on the submission of a Written Application , along with the copy of Company/Firm Registration Certificate , and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 1,000.00 till 19 March 2020 during office hours. Sealed Quotations must be submitted to the office of AEPC/MGEAP as mentioned address above by hand or courier on or before 12:00 Noon on 20 Mach 2020 . Bids/Sealed Quotations received after this deadline will not be accepted. The submitted Sealed Quotations will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 12:30 P.M. on 20 March 2020 at the office of AEPC/MGEAP as mentioned address above. But nothing shall bar the opening of SQs by the reason only that any bidder or its agent is not present. Bidder’s representative should bear the authorization letter duly signed by the authority of firm at the time of SQ opening. Quotations must be valid for a period of 45 days from the date of Sealed Quotation opening and must be accompanied by a Bid Security amounting to a minimum of NRs. 45,000.00 , which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e. Valid up to Minimum 2 June 2020 ). If bidder wishes to submit the Cash Security, the cash should be deposited in AEPC's Office Code 2830805 and Account Name DTCO, Lalitpur, Bank Account No. 16856 KHA 3 at Nepal Bank Ltd., Gabahal, Lalitpur Branch and the original receipt of the deposited amount must be submitted along with the Sealed Quotation. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission and Opening of SQ falls on a government holiday, then the same time of next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the Bid and Bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of SQ submission. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the Sealed Quotations without assigning any reason, whatsoever. Submitted all the sealed quotations, as per notice published in the Republica National Daily of 3 January 2020, have been cancelled.
