Hiring of Individual Consultant for the Position of Programme Officer

Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) for the Selection of Individual Consultant (First date of Notice Publication: June 09, 2020) Grant No.: TF 16552 Assignment Title : Selection of Program Officer (Individual Consultant) Reference No . : NP-AEPC-160305-CS-INDV Government of Nepal, Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation, Alternative Energy Promotion Centre (AEPC), Scaling-up Renewable Energy Program in Low Income Countries (SREP) is seeking Expression of Interests (EoIs) from qualified and motivated Consultants. Detailed terms and conditions and the scope of services for specific consulting service are mentioned in the Terms of Reference (ToR) which may be obtained and downloaded from the website: www.aepc.gov.np or from the office of AEPC. The Consultant will be assigned for full project period with a provision of renew of contract each year and possibilities of further extension, in case of satisfactory performance. The consultant is expected to work full time during office hours. The contract will be effective only after the effective date of the project. Key Qualification and Experience: Candidate should have at least Bachelors degree in Civil/Mechanical/Chemical /Agricultural or Environmental Engineering with minimum 3 years experience in total and 2 years experience in rural/renewable energy projects/programs. Preference shall be given for proven experienced and having exposure to large biogas sector candidates.
