Government of Nepal Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development Nepal Livestock Sector Innovation Project Invitation for Quotation for Dairy Product Diversification Training Contract Identification No: NP-MOLD-164342-NC-RFQ Date of publication: 23 March 2020 Name of the Development Partner: The World Bank Credit Number: [ 6149 NP] The Nepal Livestock Sector Innovation Project invites sealed quotations from registered CTEVT affiliated institutions for the Dairy Product Diversification/Sweet Maker Training 550 hours (390 hrs class work and 160 hrs OJT). The Institute should be enlisted in the list of Social Security Fund and should have the appropriate certificate in the employer’s registration and should have the past three year of experience in running similar training. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Nepal Livestock Sector Innovation Project, Hariharbhawan, Lalitpur. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office Nepal Livestock Sector Innovation Project, Hariharbhawan, Lalitpur by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 1000.00 till 6 April 2020 during office hours. Sealed Quotation must be submitted to the office of Nepal Livestock Sector Innovation Project by hand on or before 12.00 hrs of 7 April 2020. Quotations received after this deadline will be rejected. The quotations will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 12.30 hrs on 7 April 2020 at the office of Nepal Livestock Sector Innovation Project, Hariharbhawan, Lalitpur. Quotation must be valid for a period of 45 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of NPR 60,000.00 (In words: Sixty Thousand Only), which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid i.e. 20 June 2020. If bidder wishes to submit the Cash Security, the cash should be deposited in Account No: 135001, Everest Bank, Baneshwar, Kathmandu and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the Sealed Quotation. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the Sealed Quotations without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
