Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures, (Model Bidding Document as per Electronic Government Procurement issued by PPMO and approved by the World Bank). This is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Bidding Documents. A margin of preference shall not apply.
