The Government of Nepal (GoN) has received grant to implement the Food and Nutrition Security Enhancement Project (FANSEP) from the Global Agriculture and Food Security Program (GAFSP) with the World Bank (IDA/WB) as the supervising entity. A part of this grant is to be used for consulting services for hiring individual consultants as mentioned below in table. The consulting services include the support to the overall financial management of the project activities. S.N. Contract ID Position Qualification Requirements 1 NP-MOAD-114063-CS-INDV Financial Specialist- 1 (one) At least Master’s Degree in business management/financial management/accounting or relevant subject or a Chartered Accountant (CA). Should have at least 5 (five) years of working experience in financial management. Experience of working with World Bank or other MDB financed projects in financial management will be an added advantage. 2. The FANSEP now invites eligible interested candidates to express their interest by submitting their application with latest updated Curriculum Vitae (CV). The CV along with covering letter must be submitted at FANSEP, PMU office, Hariharbhawan, Lalitpur within office hours or by email: [email protected] on or before 12:00 Hours (NST) January 19, 2020 . 3. The interested candidate may obtain the REOI notice and ToR from the office of FANSEP, PMU during office hours and by email [email protected]. 4. If the last date of submission of the EOI falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be the last submission date and time is on or before 12:00 Hours (NST). 5. The Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Individual Consultant’s Selection set out in World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers: July, 2016 (Revised September, 2017).
