The Department of Health Services, Management Division now invites sealed electronic Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of ARV and RIG to be delivered at Central Store Teku. 3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB)as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for SPD Borrowers July 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Department of Health Services, Management Division, Teku, Kathmandu and inspect the bidding document during office hours or may visit the PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp . 5. Bidder must submit their bid electronically and may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document NRS. 10,000.00 Or USD 100.00 in the following Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below . Only Electronic Bidding will be permitted. The bidding procedure will be single state-two envelope by e-GP system of PPMO. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office Management Division Department of Health Services Teku Kathmandu through PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 13:00 Hr on 14 April 2024 . Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. 8. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:10 Hr 14 April 2024 at the office of Management Division Department of Health Services Meeting Hall. All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of NPR 430,000.00 for ARV 0.5ml, NPR 600,000.00 for ARV 1ml and NPR 100,000.00 for RIG in pdf format, which shall be valid for the period of at least 11 September 2024 . 9. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
