GOVERNMENT OF NEPAL MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND POPULATION (MoHP) NATIONAL CENTER FOR AIDS AND STD CONTROL (NCASC) HIV TARGETED INTERVENTIONS PROGRAM (Notice No. NCASC/01/2071/2072) Date of Publication: 09 Bhadra, 2071 (25 August 2014) REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (EOI) Ministry of Health and Population, NCASC has been continuouslymanaging the Pooled Fund grant to implement the HIV Targeted Intervention Program for Key Affected Populations (KAPs) since July 2011. Since the existing service contract with national NGOs are expiring soon, NCASC intends to contract qualified and experienced civil society organizations, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), NGO networks, private sector institutions and professional organizations to continue the comprehensive services to the targeted populations till 15 July 2015. NCASC will start the contracting of organizations for delivery of the targeted interventions program for key affected populations, as part of the essential services of the health sector response related HIV AIDS and STI. Therefore, NCASC invites Expression of Interest from eligible applicants for the following different components, durations and the proposed district can be obtained from detail EOI. · Male Having Sex with Male (MSM) & Transgender (TG) in 10 districts · People Living with HIV (PLHIV) in 35 districts · People Who Inject Drugs (PWID) in 10 districts · Male Labor Migrant and Their Spouses in 20 districts Interested organizations shouldcollect the detail package of Expressions of Interest (EOI) from the address below on or before 24 Bhadra 2071(09 September 2014). The deadline for submitting the EOI is on or before 12:00 PM of 25 Bhadra 2071 (10 September 2014) . The EOI must be submitted along with required documents to demonstrate intent and ability to undertake the services to the address below . In case the deadlinefor EOI collection/submission falls on public holidays, it shall automatically extend to the subsequent official day. Late submissions willnot be accepted. Organizations may obtain further information including detail EOI guideline (in English) from NCASC or request via email duringoffice hour on or before 24 Bhadra 2014 (09 September 2014). The organizations submitting EOI, MUST meet the requirements mentioned in the EOI submission guideline. Submission of false information and statements will disqualify the EOI/proposal.
