Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Fund Development Board Head Office, Kathmandu Published date: December 06, 2019 NEPAL [RURAL WATER SUPPLY AND SANITATION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (RWSSIP) Loan No./Credit No./Grant No.: Credit: IDA 5446-NP Grant: IDA H945-NP INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB) For Layout designing and Printing of Planner 2020, Case Study, Jeevika Register, Stock Ledger, Different Manual & Guideline ID :( NP-RWSSFDB-105334-GO-RFB) The Govt. of Nepal has received a credit from the International Development Association towards the cost of RWSSIP to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Layout designing and Printing of Planner 2020, Case Study, Jeevika Register, Stock Ledger, Different Manual & Guideline. 1. Bidding is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits. 2.Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Fund Development Board (RWSSFDB) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for carrying out the aforementioned as per specified numbers and specifications: Sn Particular 1 Operational Manual/ Guideline (Jeevika – 1000; Jagaran -1000 nos; GESI-1000 nos; VHP Guideline-1000 nos,) 2 Planner 2020 (Engilish-1000 & Nepali-2000 nos) 3 Case studies-1000, Jeevika Group Register-6000, Acc.& Stock Ledger-6000 nos. 3. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information, inspect the bidding document and bid document can be downloaded from ( Website : http://www.rwssfdb.org ) the address given below. 4. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Fund Development Board (RWSSFDB), Maharajgunj, Kathmandu before 12:30 Pm on January 5, 2020 . Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted. The technical part of the bids will be opened on same day ( January 5, 2020 ) at 14:00 Pm at RWSSFDB, Kathmandu in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend. 5.Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after opening of the bid document. 6. A pre bid meeting will be held on December 15, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the office premises at the given address. 7. The eligible bidders will be selected under National Competitive Bidding on the basis of selection based on least cost (LCS), single stage two envelope bidding procedures set out in the Guidelines Procurement of Goods, Works, and Non Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits and Grants by World Bank Borrowers (January 2011). 8. If the last date of pre-bid, submission and opening of sealed bids falls on a government holiday, then the next first working day shall be considered the last day. 9. After the completion of evaluation of technical part of the bids, substantially responsive evaluated bidders will be invited to attend the financial bids for which bidders will be notified in writing. 10. Bidder should provide the performance Security of 10 % of the BID amount from authorized bank by the Govt. of Nepal in the form of bank guarantee with technical BID document, which shall valid until 28 days from the BID validity period. 11.The Fund Board reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the sealed bids without stating any reason whatsoever. 12.
