The consulting services (“the Services”) includes support to the ACCESS Project in carrying out the procurement activities for the implementation of the Project. The ACCESS Project now invites qualified and experienced individual consultants to express their interests for the post of Procurement Specialist to assist the Project on all the project related procurement activities for the project period. Detailed terms & conditions and the scope of services for specific consulting service are mentioned in the Terms of Reference (ToR) which can be obtained from the website: http://dofsc.gov.np . The selection will be carried out based on the qualification and experience criteria mentioned in the respective ToR. Interested individual applicants should provide the information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experiences to perform the services as per ToR. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, 4th edition November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. A Consultant will be selected in accordance with Individual Consultant selection method set out in the Procurement Regulations. Interested individual consultants are requested to submit their updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) along with a Cover Letter to the ACCESS Project at the contact address given above or by mail or by email to [email protected] no later than 16:00 hours,April 23, 2023. Late application will not be accepted and any canvassing shall lead to automatic disqualification. If the last date of submission of the EOI falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be the last date of submission and time is on or before as stipulated.
