Government of Nepal (GoN) has received a credit from the World Bank towards the cost of Rural Enterprise and Economic Development (REED) Project and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Construction of Municipal Agricultural and Livestock Service Centre (MALSC) under ECO Bardibas Phase IV at the following four sites: I. Adarshakotwal Rural Municipality, Bara II. Godaita Municipality, Sarlahi III. Janakpur Sub-Metropolitan City, Dhanusha IV. Golbazar Municipality, Siraha. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders from all countries as defined in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, July 2016 (Revised September 2023). 2. The Rural Enterprise and Economic Development Project, Economic Corridor Office, Bardibas invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of Municipal Agricultural and Livestock Centre(MALSC) phase IV under National Competitive Bidding – Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures. Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding: Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of last 5 years NPR 180 Million Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: one project value of NPR 90 Million. 3. Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate Bids, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid as per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document. 4. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Rural Enterprise and Economic Development Project, Economic Corridor Office, Bardibas or may visit PPMO e-GP system: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp . 5. A complete set of Bidding Document for the task is available online and may be downloaded from the e-GP system of PPMO: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp .
