The consulting services (“the Services”) include; supporting the CPCU for effective implementation of the Program through VLD auditing and RAP implementation monitoring of the road construction project under PLRIP. The detail scope of the services are stated in TOR. The PLRIP-CPCU now invites eligible “Consultants” to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide detailed curriculum vitae demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are: Master’s Degree in relevant subjects 10 (ten) years of experience in Social Safeguard and Resettlement with 5 years in social risk management works for infrastructure development projects; Experience in undertaking external monitoring of RAP implementation and working in WB or IFI funded transport project will be an asset. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III of the Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers Fifth Edition September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Individual Consultant’s Selection method set out in the Procurement Regulations.
