Office of the Auditor General Bawarmahal, Kathmandu Notice of Invitation for Bids (First notice published on 2077.08.04) As per the details required for this office in the Fiscal Year 2077/78, stationery and spices have to be procured through bidding, subject to the following conditions: A formal bid has been invited. Firms wishing to purchase the bidding form should submit a written application signed by the authorized person on the letter pad of the concerned firms along with the renewal of the firm or company registration certificate for the fiscal year 2076/77, certificate of business registration and tax payment till the fiscal year 2075/76. Bid forms may be purchased within 30 hours from the date of publication of the notice for the first time by enclosing a certified copy of the income statement of 2076/77 or any other documents related to the firm. 2. Purchased Bids Within the office hours till the 30th day of the publication of this notice and within 12:00 hours on the 31st day. Registration should be done at the Administration Directorate, Baber Mahal. The bid will be opened on the last day of registration at 2:00 pm on the same day in the presence of the bidder or the representative sent by him to the authority. Even if the bidder or his / her representative is not present, the bidding process will not be hampered. 3. The bidder shall submit with the bid the documents of declaration that he / she is not ineligible to participate in the procurement process, that his / her interest is not in conflict with the proposed procurement process and has not been punished for the offense related to the related profession or business. 4. Deposit amount in the name of the Comptroller and Auditor General's Office Payment Center at Babarmahal in Nepal Rastra Bank Thapathali Bail Account No. 1201200001002524 as mentioned in the details. The existing gross bank guarantee will have to be submitted along with the affidavit. 5. It is mandatory to write both numbers and letters in the bidding form. If there is a difference in the amount between the number and the letter, the one written in the letter will be recognized. 6. No action will be taken on the bids which are overdue or not completed. 7. All rights related to accepting or rejecting bids will be reserved in this office. 8. All matters related to bidding shall be in accordance with the specifications and conditions mentioned in the bidding form and the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Rules, 2064. 9. If there is a public holiday on the day of submission and opening of bids, the work will be done on the next day respectively. 10. Information regarding bids in this office.
