The Government of Nepal has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the COVID-19 Emergency Response and Health Systems Preparedness Project , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of ECG Machine 2. The Department of Health Services, Management Division now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of ECG 3 Lead Print 150 Pcs ECG 12 Lead Print 50 Pcs to be delivered at central store Pathalaiya/Teku . 3.Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations 4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Department of Health Services, Management Diviso, Teku, Kathmandu and inspect the bidding document during office hours or may visit the PPMO egp system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp . 5. Bidder must submit their bid electronically and may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Meeting Hall of Management Division Department of Health Services Teku Kathmandu at 12:00 Hr 4 October 2023. 7. Only Electronic Bidding will be permitted. The bidding procedure will be single state-two envelope by e-GP system of PPMO. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office Management Division Department of Health Services Teku Kathmandu through PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 Hr on 16 October 2023 . Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. 8. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 Hr 16 October 2023 at the office of Management Division Department of Health Services Meeting Hall. All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of NPR 350,000.00 in pdf format, which shall be valid for the period of at least 13 February 2024.
