The Government of Nepal, Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Department of Roads has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Accelerating Transport and Trade Connectivity in Eastern South Asia (ACCESS)- Nepal Phase 1 Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract of following works: S. The Department of Roads, Development Cooperation Implementation Division (DCID) now invites sealed proposals from the eligible proposers for the above contract. 3. The procurement will be conducted through international competitive procurement using Request for Proposals (RFP) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, July 2016, revised November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Proposers . 4. The evaluation will be carried out using rated criteria described in the RFP document, with 20% weight assigned to the technical proposal and 80% to the financial offer. 5.
