Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders from all countries as defined in bidding document. The Department of Health Service, Management Division, Teku, Kathmandu, Nepal invites bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Drugs for COVID-19 Controls and Prevention under Provision Concerning Procurement to be made in Special Circumstances (PPA 2063, PPR 2064) procedures as specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations. The bidder may submit the bid for single or more items as mentioned below and offer discounts/ cross discounts. The bidder has to quote all items inside each package they choose to offer. Evaluation will be done on the basis of total amount of each package, with contracts awarded based on the award combination that is of least cost to the Purchaser. A complete set of bidding documents is available in www.dohslmd.gov.np. Bids must be submitted to the Department of Health Service, Management Division, Teku, Kathmandu, Nepal with Sealed Hard copy by hand on or before 12.00 hour of 21 May, 2020 . Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. 7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hours on 21 May, 2020 at the office of Department of Health Services, Management Division, Teku, Kathmandu, Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amount as mention in above table which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid 8. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the day shall be considered as the last date the same as specified for the original last date of bid purchasing/ submission.
