Government of Nepal Ministry of Forests and Environment REDD Implementation Center Babarmahal, Kathmandu Request for Sealed Quotation for the Procurement of Tree Measuring and Office Equipment (Second Published Date: November 11, 2020) The REDD Implementation Centre has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the FCPF Grant and intends to apply parts of the proceed toward payments under the contract of supply of tree measuring equipment like D-tape, Linear Tape, GPS and Vertex IV with Transponder and office equipment like Computers, Printer, Scanner etc. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the office website: www.redd.gov.np or PPMO’s e-GP system i.e www.bopatra.gov.np/egp by eligible Bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 1000.00 in Revenue Account No. 1000200010000, Office Code 329013503, Revenue Head 14229 at RastriyaBanijya Bank during office hours. Bids must be submitted through e-GP system i.e. www.bopatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12.00 Noon on 2020/11/26. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 1.00 PM on 2020/11/26 at the office of REDD Implementation Centre, Babarmahal. Bids must be valid for a period of 45 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. If bidder wishes to submit the Cash Security, the cash should be deposited in Deposit Account No. 1201200-001-002-524 Office Code: 329013503 at Nepal Rastra Bank and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the Sealed Quotation. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the Sealed Quotations without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
