Bidding is open to all eligible bidders as per Section V of bidding document. Road Division Nepalgunj invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Periodic Maintenance Resealing of Mahendra Rajmarg [NH01](Mankhola-Chisapani Section, Km 836.41 to Km 900.75) and Karnali Rajmarg [NH58](Kohalpur Deurali Section, Km 22.00 to Km 68.70) under National Competitive Bidding – Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures. Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding: Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 3 years out of last 10 years: Rs 295 Million. Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: 32700 m2 Surface Dressing work in one month over last ten year. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend immediately after submission deadline at the office of Road Division, Nepalgunj . Bids must be valid for a period 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security(scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format) amounting to a minimum of 5.4 Million , which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e. [Date 150 days from the last date of submission]) If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
