The Department of Roads, Nepal-India Regional Trade and Transport Project on behalf of the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Government of Nepal now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Upgrading of roads, drainage, and off-road structures of Narayanghat–Mugling Road from KM 2+400 to KM 35+653 in the Contract Package as shown below. Bidding will be conducted following the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures specified in the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits,& Grants by World Bank BorrowersJanuary 2011 ("Procurement Guidelines") and is open to all bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.
