Government of Nepal (GoN) has received a credit from the World Bank towards the cost of Rural Enterprise and Economic Development (REED) Project and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Construction of Municipal Agricultural and Livestock Service Centre (MALSC) under ECO Dhankuta at the following 10 sites: I. Pakhribas Municipality, Dhankuta II. Chathar Jorpati Rural Municipality, Dhankuta III. Aathrai Rural Municipality, Tehrathum IV. Diktel Rupakot Majhuwagadhi Municipality, Khotang V. Khada Devi Rural Municipality, Ramechhap VI. Sunapati Rural Municipality, Ramechhap VII. Shivapuri Rural Municipality, Nuwakot VIII. Melamchi Municipality, Sindhupalchok IX. Chauri Deurali Rural Municipality, Kavrepalanchok X. Golanjor Rural Municipality, Sindhuli. Bidding is open to all eligible as per Section V of bidding document. 2. The Rural Enterprise and Economic Development Project, Economic Corridor Office, Dhankuta Re-invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of Municipal Agricultural and Livestock Centre(MALSC) under National Competitive Bidding – Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures. Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding: Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of last 5 years NRs. 300 Million Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: NRs. 188 Million 3. Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate Bids, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid as per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document. 4. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Rural Enterprise and Economic Development Project, Economic Corridor Office, Dhankuta or may visit in the e-GP system of PPMO: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp . 5. A complete set of Bidding Document for the task is available online and may be downloaded from the e-GP system of PPMO: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp .
