Government of Nepal (GoN) has received a credit from the World Bank towards the cost of Rural Enterprise and Economic Development (REED) Project and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Construction of Municipal Agricultural and Livestock Service Centre (MALSC) under ECO Dadeldhura at the following 10 sites: I. Godawari Municipality-Kailali II. Chure Rural Municipality-Doti III. Alital Rural Municipality-Dadeldhura IV. Joryal Rural Municipality-Doti V. Ajaymeru Rural Municiplaity-Dadeldhura VI. Ganyapdhura Rural Municipality-Dadeldhura VII. Nawadurga Rural Municipality-Dadeldhura VIII. Patan Municipality -Baitadi IX. Saileshikhar Municpality -Darchula X. Malikarjun rural Municipality- Darchula. Bidding is open to all eligible as per Section V of bidding document. 2. The Rural Enterprise and Economic Development Project, Economic Corridor Office, Dadeldhura invites Electronic Bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Construction of Municipal Agricultural and Livestock Centre (MALSC) under National Competitive Bidding – Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures. Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding: Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of last 5 years NRs. 350 Million Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: NRs. 200 Million 3. Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate Bids, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid as per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document. 4. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Rural Enterprise and Economic Development Project, Economic Corridor Office, Dadeldhura or may visit in the e-GP system of PPMO: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. 5. A complete set of Bidding Document for the task is available online and may be downloaded from the e-GP system of PPMO: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 12:30 Hours on 14th June, 2023 at the office of Rural Enterprise and Economic Development Project, Economic Corridor Office, Dadeldhura, Nepal. 9. Bids must be valid until 120 days and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format amounting to a minimum of NRs. 7.5 Million , which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period (i.e., Valid up to minimum 10 November 2023) 10.
