Government of Nepal,Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Department of Roads has applied for financing from the International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of Road Safety Support Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this finance to payments under the Contract RSSP-Non Cons-Ins. Agent-01. 2. The Department of Roads, Foreign Cooperation Branch on behalf of the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Government of Nepal now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified Inspection Agents for Inspection Service for Road Safety Crash Barrier and accessories. Bidding will be conducted following the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures specified in the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, May2004 and revised in May 2010 and January 2011 and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Bidding Documents. 4. Interested Eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Deputy Director General, Foreign Cooperation Branch, and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hours. 5. Bidders are advised to refer to the qualifications requirements specified in the bid documents.
