The consulting services include engagement of a highly competent consulting firm to assist AMIS to carry out the Survey to Assess User satisfaction with delivery of Agricultural Management Information System (AMIS) Services [Study on Project Terminal Survey (End Line) and Impact Study]. The services will be for 3.5 months. The objective of the consulting services is to find out the “User satisfaction on the delivery of Agricultural Management Information System (AMIS) Services [Study on Project Terminal Survey (End Line) and Impact Study]” intending to determine the change as achievement done since last four years. The Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development, PPCR: Building Resilience to Climate related Hazards Project, Agriculture Management Information System (AMIS), Harihar Bhawan, Lalitpur, Nepal now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the services. Expression of Interest should be accompanied by a concise but precise summary of the company profile indicating the management and technical competence to carry out the assignment, organizational set-up and proven track record of past experience in similar work experience demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services. The short listing criteria are: General Experience of the Firm Specific Experience of the Firm Organizational Capacity of the Firm Financial Capacity of the Firm The interested firms to ensure their eligibility shall submit the following documents along with respective EOIs. Copy of Registration of the company/firm VAT/PAN Registration (for National consulting firms) Tax Clearance/Tax Return Submission/Letter of Time Extension for Tax Return Submission of Fiscal year 2074/075 (for National consulting firms) The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to paragraph 1.9 of the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants [under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants] by World Bank Borrowers , January 2011 (Revised July 2014), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. In addition, please refer to the following specific information on conflict of interest related to this assignment: Bank policy requires that the Consultants provide professional, objective and impartial advice and at all times hold the client's interest paramount, without any consideration for future work, and that in providing advice they avoid conflicts with other assignments and their own corporate interests.
