Gun, Thawing Kit and other Accessories Contract Identification No: NP-MOLD-45303-GO-RFB Date of publication: 11th January, 2019 Name of the Development Partner: The World Bank Credit Number: [ 6149 NP] Government of Nepal has received a credit from the International Development Association towards the cost of Nepal Livestock Sector Innovation Project and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for the procurement of Liquid Nitrogen Containers, A.I Referee, A.I. Sheath, A.I Gloves, A.I.Gun, Thawing Kit and other Accessories. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders from all countries as defined in the World Bank’s “Procurement Guidelines” January 2011 (Revised July 2014). The Nepal Livestock Sector Innovation Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement of Liquid Nitrogen Containers, A.I. Referee, A.I. Sheath, A.I. Gloves, A.I.Gun, Thawing Kit and other Accessories to be procured under National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations. The bidder may submit the bid for single or more slices as mentioned in Section V of bid documents under List of Goods and Related Services. Evaluation will be done slice by slice basis, with contracts awarded based on the award combination that is of least cost to the Purchaser. Bidder to submit their bid electronically, requested to download the bidding documents for e-submission of PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of NPR 5000.00 (In words: NPR Five Thousand Only) deposited at Everest Bank, New Baneshwar Branch, Office account Number 00100106200000, Office Code: 312003514, Revenue Classification Number: 14229. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on 28 January, 2019 at the address given below at 14.00 hrs. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office address as below, through PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12.00 AM on 10th February, 2019. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at 12.30 hrs on 10th February, 2019. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a Bid Security, amounting to a minimum of NRs 875,000.00 (Eight Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Only) for Slice 1 and Nrs. 775,000.00 ( Seven Hundred Seventy Five Thousand only) for Slice 2, issued by “A” class commercial Bank, with Validity Period of 120 days from the opening date of bids i.e upto 9th June, 2019. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date.
