Government of Nepal (GoN) has received a credit from the World Bank towards the cost of Rural Enterprise and Economic Development (REED) Project and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Construction of Municipal Agricultural and Livestock Service Centres (MALSC) under ECO Butwal Phase II (NP-MOALD-413911-CW-RFB-BTL) at the following six sites: I. Bhimsen Thapa Rural Municipality, Gorkha II. Pyuthan Municipality, Pyuthan III. Rainas Municipality, Lumjung IV. Rolpa Municipality, Rolpa V. Sitganga Municipality, Argakhanchi VI. Swargadwari Municipality, Pyuthan. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders from all countries as defined in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, July 2016 (Revised September 2023). 2. The Rural Enterprise and Economic Development Project, Economic Corridor Office, Butwal invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of Municipal Agricultural and Livestock Centre(MALSC) phase II under National Competitive Bidding – Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures. Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding: Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of last 5 years NPR 270 Million Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: one project value of NPR 140 Million. 3. Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate Bids, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid as per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document. 4.
