1. Department of Health Services Management Division Teku, Kathmandu Nepal invites the electronic bid from eligible bidder for the procurement of General equipment of Laboratory (Hot air oven-75 Set, water bath-75 Set, Centrefuse Machine-100 Set, Microscope and Incubator-25) to be delivered at Central Medical Store Teku/Pathalaiya. 2. Bidding will be conducted thorugh National Competative procurement using a Request for Bid 9RFB) as specified in World Bank Procuremnt Regulation for IPF borrower November 2020 (Procurement Regulation.). 3.Interested eligible biider may obtain further information from Department of Health Services, Management Diviso, Teku, Kathmandu and inspect the bidding document during office hours or may visit the PPMO egp system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. 4. Bidder must submit their bid electronically and may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Only Electronic Bidding will be permitted. The bidding procedure will be single state-two envelope by e-GP system of PPMO. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office Management Division Department of Health Services Teku Kathmandu through PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 Hr on 27 September 2023 . Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. 7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 Hr 27 September 2023 at the office of Management Division Department of Health Services Meeting Hall. All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of NPR 750,000.00 in pdf format, which shall be valid for the period of at least 25 January 2024.
