The consulting services (“the Services”) include supporting and enhancing institutional capacity of the concerned PPMU/IDOs and the participating municipalities related to environmental management, planning and implementation as stated in the ESMF to assist PPMU for three years. The Provincial Project Management Unit , Dhangadhi , Kailali now invites eligible “Consultants” to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide detailed curriculum vitae demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are: Master’s Degree in relevant subjects with 10 years of general experience and 5 years of specific experience in Road/Bridge infrastructure works. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III of the Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers Fifth Edition September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Individual Consultant’s Selection method set out in the Procurement Regulations.
