Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies (MoICS) is executing Agency of this project and this project is implementing by various agencies including Plant Quarantine and Pesticide Management Centre (PQPMC) of Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock. Plant Quarantine and Pesticide Management Centre is lead implementing for component B: strengthen Trade-related institutional capacity in Nepal. Now, Plant Quarantine and Pesticide Management Centre of Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock is seeking qualified and motivated Individual Consultant for “Preparation of Federal and Provincial Structure and Modalities of the Plant Protection” (NIRTTP/PCO/PPD/S/IND-67) The details of the Terms of References (TOR) can be obtained from the website: .http://npponepal.gov.np The expected starting date of assignment is 25 April 2019 Key Qualification: Academic qualification-University degree in plant protection/plant quarantine/pesticide management or a related subject; Senior level professional with at least ten years of working experience in plant protection or related fields; Working experiences with special assignments from a minimum of five clients from the GoN and I/NGOs in the areas of plant protection/plant quarantine/pesticide management; Consultant having experiences on restructuring the plant protection services and related field will have an added advantage and Proven track records of management, leadership and coordination skills.
