Government of Nepal (GoN), Ministry of Irrigation, Department of Irrigation has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of Rani Jamara Kulariya Irrigation Project for Modernization and Upgrading Works, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this finance for payments under the above mentioned Contract. 2. GoN, Ministry of Irrigation (MoI), Department of Irrigation (DoI), Rani Jamara Kulariya Irrigation Project acting on behalf of Government of Nepal invites sealed bids for followingworks. The bid will be conducted following the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures specified in the World Bank's "Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits and Grants by World Bank Borrowers " January 2011("Procuement Guidelines") and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank's policy on conflict of interest. Bidders Annual Turnover, Minimum Work experience of similar nature and complexity and minimum cash flow requirement for the contract are NRs. 1,070 million, 855 million and 268 million respectively. When comparing Bids, a margin of preference for domestic bidders shall apply in accordance with the provisionsstipulated in the Bidding Documents. 7. Last date of submission of completed documents is by 12.00 a.m. NST of the 11 May 2015 at the address mentioned below.
