Bidding is open to all eligible bidders as per Section V of bidding document. Road Division Pokhara invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Periodic Maintenance surface dressing and Asphalt Overlay of Siddhartha Highway(H10), Galyang-Kubhinde Section(Ch :100+000 to 164+710 Km); birauta-Prithivichowk Section( ch: 179+320 to 181+220 Km), and Pokhara Baglung Road, Bindabasini Yamdi Section(ch:4+720 to 6+720 Km ). under National Competitive Bidding – Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures. Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding: Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 3 years out of last 10 years: NRs. 200 millions. Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: Participation as Prime contractor, management contractor, or subcontractor, in at least one Contract within the last ten (10) years, each with a value of at least NRs . 107 million (without VAT) that have been successfully or are substantially completed and that are similar to the proposed works. The similarity shall be based on the physical size, complexity, methods, technology or other characteristics as described in Section VI, Works Requirements .
