The P rovincial Project Management Unit (PPMU) , Birendranagar, Surkhet invites sealed bids or electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Dungeshwor to Dadaparajul Rural Municipality Road , Dailekh . The works consists of two phases: (a) Phase: 1 Upgrading Works for 2 years and (b) Phase 2: Performance Based Maintenance Works for 5 years (Maintenance works consisting of all activities to be carried out to achieve and keep the road assets as defined in the Technical Specifications) after completion of construction/ improvement/ upgrading works, under National Competitive Bidding – Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures. Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding: Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of last 5 years: NRs 2 77 Million . Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: NRs 2 21 Million . Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed envelopes, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, both in turn enclosed in one sealed envelope as per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document.
