No.: NP-AEPC-447300-NC-RFQ Country: Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal Name of the Development Partner: IDA (The World Bank) Project: Private Sector-Led Mini-Grid Energy Access Project (MGEAP) (P149239), Grant No. : TF-A8382 The Government of Nepal has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of Private Sector-Led Mini-Grid Energy Access Project (MGEAP) and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract of Procurement of Services. AEPC is the executing agency of the Project. The AEPC/MGEAP invites Sealed Quotations for the tasks “ Technical and Financial Verification of Large Biogas Subprojects ” from all interested registered eligible Bidders (Service Providers) under Request for Quotations (RFQ) procedures specified in the prevailing Procurement Regulations of the World Bank. Interested Service Providers may obtain further information and inspect the RFQ Document in English at the office of AEPC, Tahachal, Kathmandu. Complete set of RFQ Document in English for the task may be purchased from the office of AEPC, Tahachal, Kathmandu during office hours on all working days by eligible Service Providers 29 August 2024 onwards on the submission of a Written Application , copies of Firm/Company Registration and PAN/ VAT Registration Certificates and and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 1 ,000.00 to the following account: Name of the Bank: Rastriya Banijya Bank, Baneshwar Branch Name of Office: Alternative Energy Promotion Centre Office Code No.: 308003502 , Rajaswa (Revenue) Shirshak No.: 14229 , Bank Account No.: 1000100200010000 The RFQ Document shall be available for sale up to office hours till 15 September 2024 . Interested Eligible Service Providers are required to submit the Sealed Quotatin to the office of AEPC, Tahachal, Kathmandu by hand/courier on or before 1:00 P.M. on 1 6 September 2024 . Quotations received after the deadline will not be accepted. Received Sealed quotations will be opened in the presence of Service Providers' representatives who choose to attend at 1:30 P.M. on 1 6 September 2024 at the office of AEPC, Tahachal, Kathmandu. Quotations must be valid for a period of 45 days counting from the date of Quotation opening and must be accompanied by a bid security, amounting to minimum NRs. 35,000.00 , which shall be valid for a minimum 28 days beyond the bid validity period (i.e., Valid up to minimum 2 7 November 2024). If the service provider wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Office Code: 3080002 and Account Name: DTCO, Kathmandu, Bank Account No.: 1201200001002524 at Nepal Rastra Bank, Thapathali and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with Sealed Quotation.
