Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders from allcountries as defined in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, July 2016 (Revised September 2023). The Water Sector Governance and Infrastructure Support Project (WaSGISP), Project Implementation Unit(PIU), Birendranagar, Surkhet, Karnali Province invites electronicbids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Smart Public Toilet with Septic Tank, SoakPit, Electrification, Sanitary/Plumbing, Site Development and Allied Works at BirendranagarMunicipality, Ghantaghar (Ward-8) and Bulbule Tal Picnic Park (Ward- 10), Birendranagar,Surkhet for the Construction period of 9 (Nine) Calendar months under National Competitive Bidding – Single Stage One Envelope Bidding procedures.Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding: Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of last 5 years NRs 22.90 Million Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: One number of Project and Value of NRs 10.70 Million. 3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Water Sector Governance and Infrastructure Support Project(WaSGISP), Project Implementation Unit(PIU) Birendranagar, Surkhet, Karnali Province, Nepal during office hours or may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. 4. Bidders who choose to submit their bid electronically shall download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Electronic Bids must be submitted through PPMO,s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12.00 hrs (NST) on 4th July 2025.Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. 7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend on 4thJuly 2025 at 13:00 hrs at the office of Project Implementation Unit Birendranagar, Surkhet. Bids must be valid until 2nd october, 2025 and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of NRs 351,000 (Three Hundred Fifty-One Thousand), which shall be valid until 1st November, 2025. 8. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date.
