The Government of Nepal has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Nepal Livestock Sector Innovation Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Foot and Mouth Disease Vaccine. The Nepal Livestock Sector Innovation Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of Foot and Mouth Disease Vaccine as follows: SN Description of Vaccine Quantity Delivery Period Delivery Site 1 Foot and Mouth Disease Vaccine 1941150 Dose (2ml is considered as a single dose) 45 days from the date of signing the agreement Kathmandu, Pokhara, Janakpur, Biratnagar, Chitwan and Dhangadhi Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB)as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Guidelines,January, 2011 and Revised July, 2014 and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Nepal Livestock Sector Innovation Project, [email protected] and inspect the bidding document during office hours, 1000 to 1600 hours at the address given below. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application with attested copies of company/firm registration, PAN and VAT registration (for local bidders only.) to the address below upon payment of a nonrefundable fee NPR 5000.00 (Rs Five thousand Only) deposited at Everest Bank, New Baneshwar Branch, Office account Number 00100106200000, Office Code: 312003514, Revenue Classification Number: 14229 during office hrs from 25th November, 2018 to 24th December, 2018. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12.00 AM, 25th December, 2018 or next day in case public holiday falls on the last date of bid submission.
