The Department of Health Services, Management Division now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of Anesthesia workstation with 7 parameter patient monitor -20 Pcs, Patient Monitor 5 parameter-80 Pcs and Defibrilator Biphasic-35 Pcs (Package-1) and OT Equipment (Electrosurgical unit-25 Pcs and CTG—50 Pcs asPackage-2) to be delivered at central store Pathalaiya/Teku. 3. Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” June 2016 revised November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Department of Health Services, Management Davison, Teku, Kathmandu and inspect the bidding document during office hours or may visit the PPMO egp system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp . 5. Bidder must submit their bid electronically and may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Only Electronic Bidding will be permitted. The bidding procedure will be single state-two envelope by e-GP system of PPMO. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office Management Division Department of Health Services Teku Kathmandu through PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 13:00 Hr on 29 March 2024 . Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. 8. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:10 Hr 29 March 2024 at the office of Management Division Department of Health Services Meeting Hall. All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of NPR 2,200,000.00 for Package-1 and NPR 1,000,000.00 for Package-2 in pdf format, which shall be valid for the period of at least 26 August 2024
