The Government of Nepal has received a credit from IDA towards the cost of Nepal Livestock Sector Innovation Project and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under this Contract. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures, as per Electronic Government Procurement System, procedures (Model Bidding Document approved by the World Bank). Nepal Livestock Sector Innovation Project Nepal Livestock Sector Innovation Project invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of Livestock Service Center at Kabilasi. To qualify for award of contract, eligible Bidders must meet the following key qualifications and other qualifications specified in the bidding documents: a. Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best three (3) years within the last five (5) years : NPR 27,000,000.00 b. Minimum specific work experience of similar size and nature: One , NPR: 7,000,000.00 (RCC Building) 4.
