Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders from all countries as defined in the World Bank’s “Procurement Guidelines” January 2011 (Revised July 2014). The Nepal Livestock Sector Innovation Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Cold Room and Refrigerators to be procured under National competitive bidding procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations. The bidder may submit the bid for single or more slices as mentioned in bid document and offer discounts/ cross discounts. Evaluation will be done slice by slice basis, with contracts awarded based on the award combination that is of least cost to the Purchaser. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Nepal Livestock Sector Innovation Project, during office hours, 10.00 to17.00 hours at the address given below or may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidder to submit their bid electronically may download the bidding documents for e-submission of PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of NPR 5,000.00 (In words: NPR Five Thousand Only) deposited at Everest Bank, New Baneshwar Branch, Office account Number 00100106200000, Office Code: 312003503, Revenue Classification Number: 14229. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at November 6, 2020 at the address given below at 14.00 hrs. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office address as below through PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12.00 hrs November 19, 2020. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at 12.30 hrs on November 19, 2020.
