The Government of Nepal (GoN)/National Reconstruction Authority (NRA) has received development credit to implement the Earthquake Housing Reconstruction Project (EHRP) from the International Development Association (IDA Credit No. 5706-NP). A part of this credit is to be used for consulting services for hiring individual Consultants as mentioned below: S.N. Contract ID Particular Required Nos. Remarks. 1 EHRP/NRA/S/IND-22/2075-76 Procurement Specialist 1 (One) Minimum Qualification and Experiences are stated in respective Terms of Reference (TOR). 2. This EOI notice and TOR have been uploaded on the NRA’s website www.nra.gov.np. The interested candidate may visit the website: www.nra.gov.np. for the Terms of References (ToR); which can also be obtained from office of NRA/PMU during office hours . 3. The interested candidates may express their interest by submitting their application with latest updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) duly signed. The hardcopy of CV must be submitted in a sealed envelope at PMU office, NRA, Singhadurbar, Kathmandu on or before October 14, 2018 within office hours. 4. If the last date of submission of the EOI falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be the last submission date. 5. The Consultants shall be selected in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Guidelines: SELECTION AND EMPLOYMENT OF CONSULTANTS Under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants BY WORLD BANK BORROWERS, January, 2011(Revised July, 2014), Individual Consultant Selection Method , as set in the Guidelines/ Section: V/5.2 & 5.3. 6.
