The Government of Nepal has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Strategic Road Connectivity & Trade Improvement Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Non- Consulting Services for GBV Service Provider under SRCTIP in KDP Road. 2. The Department of Roads, Development Cooperation Implementation Division, Strategic Road Connectivity & Trade Improvement Project (SRCTIP) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of Non- Consulting Services for GBV Service Provider under SRCTIP in KDP Road . 3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers - July 2016, Revised ……. 2023” (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Department of Roads, Development Cooperation Implementation Division, Babarmahal, Kathmandu and inspect the bidding document during office hours at the address given below . Interested bidders, registered in the e-GP portal of Public Procurement Monitoring Office (PPMO) may download the RFB document from http://www.bolpatra.gov.np after login and submit the RFB documents electronically. 5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Department of Roads, Development Cooperation Implementation Division, Babarmahal, Kathmandu on 25th September 2025 at 1:00 Pm (Nepal Standard Time) 6. The bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of NRs 3000.00.
