Procurement of General Bed, Delivery Bed and Transport Trolley

1. Department of Health Services Management Division invites electronic bid from eligible bidder for the procurement of Hospital Bed (General)-1000 Set, Delivery bed-200 Set and Transport Trolley-200 Set. 2. Bidding will be conducted through National Competative procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's " Procuremnet Rqgulations for IPF Borrower" November 2020 ("Procurement Regulation") and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 3.Interested eligible bidder may obtain further information from Department of Health Servives, Management Division, Teku, Kathmandu and inspection the bidding document or may visit PPMO egp system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp 4.Bidder must submit their bid electronically and may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document NRS 5,000.00 or USD 50.0 in the revenue account as below. Pre Bid Meeting shall be held at meeting hall of Management Division, Department of Health Service Teku at 12:00 Hr 15-September-2023. 6. Only Electronic biding will be permitted. The bidding procedure will be single stage-two envelope by e-GP system of PPMO. Electronic bids must be submitted t the office of Management Division, Department of Health Services Teku, Kathmandu through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 Hr on 27 Spet 2023. 7. Bid will be opend at 13:00 Hr 27 Spet 2023 at meeting hall of management division of DOHS. Required bid security is NPR 1,900,000.00 of validity 25 January 2024 and need to be submit along with bid.
