Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders from all countries as defined in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, (4" Edition Nov. 2020). 2. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased from the office of FANSEP, PCU, Gorkha by eligible Bidders till October 12, 2022 (30th day of publication of notice) during office hours upon the submission of a written application with the certified copy of Company Registration Certificate, PAN/VAT Certificate, and Tax Clearance and Self-Declaration letter of not being black listed till to submit date, and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of NPR 3,000.00 (In words: NPR Three Thousand only) deposited at Rastriya Banijya Bank, Gorkha Branch, Account Name: District Treasury Controller Office, Bank Account Number 1 000200010000, Office Code: 312003602, Revenue Classification Number 4229. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office address as below by hand/courier on or before 12.00 hours (NST) on October 13, 2022 (31st day of publication) . Bids received alter this deadline will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and officials at the address below at 13.00 hrs on October 13, 2022. If even Bidders' representative does not attend, bid opening will take place in presence of Government officials. 7. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid submission (i.e. valid upto January 11, 2023) and must be accompanied by a Bid Security amounting to minimum NPR 138,000.00 (In words: Nepali Rupees One Hundred and Thirty Eight thousand only) which shall be valid tor a period of 120 days from that submission date (i.e. valid upto February 10, 2023).
