Road Division Bhaaktapur invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Periodic Maintenance (Asphalt Overlay] Periodic maintenance of a) Bakhundol(ARM)- Bogatigaun(Ktm University Road, ( F07301, km from 0-2) length 2 km , b ) Lokanthali (ARM)-Dharmeshwar-Tikathali-Manohara (KVRR)(F09002. km from 3.35-5). length 1.65 km , c) Barkhe Khola - Dhulikhel ( NH13-006, km from 138.2- 149), length 10.8 km , d) Lankuri Bhanjyang - Dapcha Chhatrebangh ( NH 15-002, Km 30.28- 39.78), length 9.5 km total length 23.95 km (Bhaktapur and Kavre)under National Competitive Bidding – Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures. Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:  Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the last 5 years: NRs. 260226 thousands  Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: At least One (1) Contract of Road construction work with Asphalt Concrete within the last ten (10) years, with a value of at least NRs. 104090 thousands 3. AD. Bids received after this Road Division Bhaktapur SRCTIP-DOR-WPM-RDBKT-NCB-40 6 deadline will be rejected. 5. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend immediately after submission deadline at the office of Road Division Bhaktapur. Bids must be valid until 2026-02-26 AD and must be accompanied by a bid security (scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format) amounting to a minimum of NRs. 49,00,000.00, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e. 2026-03-28 AD). 6. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
