Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders from all countries as defined in the World Bank’s “Procurement Guidelines” January 2011 (Revised July 2014). The Nepal Livestock Sector Innovation Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Milk Analyzer to be procured under National competitive bidding procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Nepal Livestock Sector Innovation Project, during office hours, 10.00 to17.00 hours at the address given below or may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidder to submit their bid electronically may download the bidding documents for e-submission of PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of NPR 3,000.00 (In words: NPR Three Thousand Only) deposited at Everest Bank, New Baneshwar Branch, Office account Number 00100106200000, Office Code: 312003503, Revenue Classification Number: 14229. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at November 4, 2020 at the address given below at 14.00 hrs. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office address as below through PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12.00 hrs November 17, 2020. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at 12.45 hrs on November 17, 2020. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format, amounting to a minimum of for 185,000.00 issued by “A” class commercial Bank or Financial Institutions with Validity Period of 120 days from the opening date of bids i.e. up to March 16, 2021.
