SRCTIP-DOR-NNM-CS-IND-4 and SRCTIP-DOR-NNM-CS-IND-5 The Government of Nepal has received financing from the International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of Strategic Road Connectivity and Trade Improvement Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) include Evaluation of Procurement of Works and Services of Improvement of Nagdhunga - Naubise – Mugling Road and Evaluation of Procurement of Consulting Service for the Detail Design of Kamala – Dhalkebar – Pathlaiya Road and Bridges . The Department of Roads intends to receive expert service from Individual International experts as independent Procurement Evaluation Panel (PEP) member for Evaluation of applications/ Bids/ Proposals/EoIs of Improvement of Nagdhunga - Naubise – Mugling Road and Detail Design of Improvement of Kamala – Dhalkebar – Pathlaiya Road and Bridges. PEP will comprise of two members (i) Procurement Panel Expert-1 and (ii) Procurement Panel Expert-2. Anticipated date for commencement of the services is July 2020 and the tentative duration of the assignment is about 3 months during the 12 months period from commencement of services. The Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Department of Roads (DoR), now invites eligible individual Consultants for the posts mentioned below to indicate their interest in providing the Services indicating the contract number. Interested Individual Consultants should provide latest Curriculum Vitae (CV) and any other information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The consulting firms can also propose individual consultants. While evaluation, only the experience and qualifications of the individual shall be considered and the experience of the firm will not be taken into consideration.
