The Government of Nepal [GoN] has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Modernization of Rani Jamara Kulariya Irrigation Schemes Phase 2 and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Hiring of Two Four-Wheel Vehicles for Design Review, Construction Supervision, Quality Control, Contract Management and Safeguard Monitoring Consultant for Implementation of MoRJKIS Phase 2, Contract Identifiaction No: NP-DoI-MRJKIP-429012-NC-RFB. 2. The Rani Jamara Kulariya Irrigation Project now invites electronic Bids from eligible Bidders for to hire two Four-wheel Vehicles for Design Review, Construction Supervision, Quality Control, Contract Management and Safeguard Monitoring Consultant for Implementation of MoRJKIS Phase 2. Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding: i. The minimum required annual volume of Services for the successful Bidder in any of the last five years shall be: [NRS. 4.50 Million] ii. The bidder shall have experience in providing at least 2 contract for vehicles rental services within last five years (From 1 September 2019) with value of each vehicle rental service contract at least NRs. 2.4 million. 3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers -” April, 2021 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.
