We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Factory Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations and lead the production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing factory operations while ensuring high productivity, quality standards, workplace safety, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organise, and oversee all factory operations to achieve production targets. Manage production schedules, quality control, inventory, maintenance activities, and regulatory. Lead, supervise, and motivate production staff and department supervisors. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Monitor production efficiency and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Control production costs, minimise waste, and optimise resource utilisation. Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Prepare production reports and present operational performance to senior management.
