Social Protection Civil Society Network (SPCSN) is a dynamic civil society coalition established in Nepal in 2012, bringing together 24 national NGOs and 3 international NGOs to advocate for the rights and social protection of vulnerable and marginalized groups, including children, older people, persons with disabilities, trafficking survivors, people living with HIV/AIDS, single women, Dalit and landless communities. SPCSN works to promote inclusive, sustainable, transparent, and accountable social protection and collaborates with government and other stakeholders to strengthen social protection systems and policies.

Vacant Position

  1. Monitoring Evaluation and Reporting Coordinator (Female only)

The Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting (MER) Coordinator plays a critical leadership role in driving overall performance, evidence-based accountability, high-impact technical reporting, resource mobilization, and knowledge management across the Social Protection Civil Society Network (SPCSN). Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the MER Coordinator oversees the network-wide M&E architecture, ensures rigorous compliance with UN, donor, and government standards, and provides strong technical supervision, capacity mentoring, and data quality assurance to other non-technical personnel within SPCSN and its members.

Additionally, this position leads the end-to-end development of high-quality donor reports, concept notes, technical proposals, advocacy briefs, and policy submissions. The incumbent bridges field-level evidence with policy advocacy, helping position SPCSN as the premier civil society network of social protection across Nepal.
