Interns will contribute to expanding the company's retailer network, generating business opportunities, and supporting overall sales growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with prospective retailers and business partners. Generate qualified sales leads and convert them into business opportunities. Explain the company's direct selling business model and its benefits to potential retailers. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers. Support the expansion of the company's retail network and market presence. Participate in product presentations, business meetings, and promotional activities. Attend leadership and entrepreneurship training sessions. Achieve individual and team performance targets.
