We are currently seeking an experienced Contract and Billing Engineer (Hydro Site Base) for a Hydroelectric Project in Sindhupalchowk. Key Responsibilities Administer contracts and manage billing processes effectively to ensure project compliance and financial accuracy. Conduct quantity surveying to monitor project costs and expenditures. Coordinate communication between the Head Office and the project site to facilitate seamless operations. Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and ensure adherence to contract conditions. Utilize advanced MS Excel and Auto CAD for project documentation and reporting. Monitor project costs and provide insights to optimize financial performance. Qualifications and Expectations: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering; a Master’s in Construction Management is preferred. A minimum of five years of experience in contract administration and billing within the construction sector. Proven track record of successfully completing at least one hydropower project exceeding 20 MW capacity. Strong understanding of billing procedures, contract conditions, and BOQ.Proficient in Auto CAD and advanced MS Excel.
